ZSMR successfully uses 3D printing technology to manufacture large flux microchannels

In 2020, ZSMR & Institute of New Materials of Guangdong Academy of Sciences successfully manufactured large holding capacity microchannels using 3D printing technology. 3D printed large holding capacity microchannels have a holding capacity of 2L and can withstand 20MPa pressure, achieving a structure that cannot be achieved by traditional manufacturing microchannels, easily solving chemical synthesis and helping the development of high throughput, high holding capacity and high pressure microchannels.

With the development of 3D printing technology and equipment manufacturing industry, the manufacturing of microchannels is also gradually inclined to 3D printing technology, and its penetration rate in industry applications is getting stronger and stronger. This cooperation between ZSMR and New Material Institute is the proof of the development trend.
